The event was inaugurated by a panel of distinguished guests, including Dr. Bibek Debroy, the Chairman of the Economic Advisory Council to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Mr. Shyamkesh Kamat, the Surat I T Commissioner, Mr. Ajay Vidya, the G S T Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Vijaykumar Suryavanshi, the Commissioner of Excise, Mr. Ashok Panvalkar, the ex-Chief Editor of Maharashtra Times, Mr. Ravi Jadhav, the film director, Mr. Sanjeev Khandekar, the writer, Kabir Bedi, Deepti Naval, Mansi Joshi Roy, and Sandip Soparrkar.
